Your email should contain your school id, school name & phone number, and a description of the problem.
In the subject heading of your email, please indicate the nature of your request
ie. pseudo mcp numbers, password reset, duplicate students in file, problem uploading file etc.

HIGHSCHOOL RECORDS AND COURSE REGISTRATION HELP

Tips:
  • Once you have logged into the system, do not shut down Netscape until you have logged off the system.

  • Grade Nine Registrations are no longer permitted in the High School Records and Certification System.

  • Student/Course Registration Procedure (October) -

    • Make sure you have assigned a Provincial Electoral District and Grade Level (L1, L2, L3, or L4) to each high school student.

    • WinSchool -  Make sure you have downloaded the new template for 2006J.

  • Marks Submission Procedure (June):

    • WinSchool: If after submitting the marks file, courses are listed under Marks Summary, check to ensure that the grade level in Win School is Level I, II or III (10, 11 or 12) OR ensure all FINAL marks are keyed into BIN 10.

    • IMPORTANT: Review your marks summary prior to submitting your marks to the Department.
