You must have your browser
set to legal(8 1/2 * 14 in) size before you print.
To set to legal(8 1/2 * 14 in) size
Click on File (in the top left corner)
Scroll down to Page Setup and click on it
On the popup dialog box click the size dropdown box
Select legal(8 1/2 * 14 in)
Click OK
The dialog box should look similar to this (before):
